Home Living can not be held responsible for any damages to the furniture reported after 24 hours. No warranty or exchanges will be offered on any merchandise that is purchased for commercial use or purchased on a commercial account. Please inspect merchandise upon pick up or delivery for defects or damages. A $65 per hour charge will be applied to any repairs or service calls to all furniture that falls under this category. The company will not be liable to pay for any shipping cost/custom charges upon delivery for international returns. Will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused to customer merchandise and/or any vehicles during the loading or transportation of your merchandise.
Item must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

To return an item using our Standard Return Policy:
Home Furniture Plus Bedding and Mattress Center offers a one-year limited warranty on all new merchandise excluding accessories, clearance items, or items sold “as-is”. No exchanges, returns, refunds, or warranties are given on any "as-is" or floor sample merchandise. For warranty claims on mattresses, box springs, or additional protection or warranty programs, refer to that warranty for service information.
Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery and have the driver sign your receipt as damaged with the date. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.

• Any free product or reward card with mattress purchase will be deducted from any credit if the reselection does not qualify. Gift card payments will be refunded via a new gift card for the amount being refunded. Refunds are processed in the same manner as the payment was received, except for cash and gift cards.

This store credit has a lifetime validity and can be fully redeemed against the value of your future orders on the website. All Home and furniture items take 14 to 21 days to ship from our warehouse. All jewellery products take 7 to 15 days to ship from our warehouse.
Refund and Returns Policy
Pillows and mattress protectors cannot be exchanged or refunded if opened. All bedding is covered by the manufacturer's warranty and can be returned during the warranty period pursuant to the manufacturer's written warranty. Bedding must be free of soiling and stains and have proper center support if either a queen or king size, otherwise the manufacturer's warranty is voided.

Deliveries cancelled on the day of delivery will be subject to a restocking charge of $99.99. No refunds or reselections are allowed after delivery or pickup of merchandise. No warranty is made or intended as to the performance of any item sold. Seller is not responsible for normal wear and tear or personal and or property damage due to the customers. We offer and uphold standard manufacturer warranties on all products Delivered AND Setup by us. For any pickup customers or customers opting to assemble products themselves, we can only offer replacement parts IF available.
We make every effort to have accurate descriptions, inventory, and pricing of the products on the American Home website. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back. Tabletop items, wall décor, accent pillows, linens, lamps, florals, and area rugs can be returned to a showroom within three days.
All major appliances and electronics will be covered by the manufacturers' written warranties, if any. Some items may require authorization from the manufacturer prior to replacement or refund approval. Due to the nature of fabric and wood, they may be cut at a random match. There is a possibility that patterns may not exactly line up at seamed areas. Home Living is not responsible for variances in shade or textures due to customer screen settings and or expectations. To start the return process simply return your item to our distribution center, contact your salesperson, orText or Chat with us. If you would like to have us pick up your return, you can arrange for our delivery service to pick up the item for a pickup fee. All refunds will be processed promptly after the returned items are inspected.
In order to qualify for this return policy, you must purchase a mattress protector at the same time as your mattress. Then, if you aren’t sleeping blissfully, you may return your mattress and select a new one. This includes, but is not limited to, clearance and floor sample merchandise.

For situations where Delivery was selected but no down payment or deposit was made, the customer will be responsible any remaining balance. We highly recommend sleeping on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 nights for it to break in and to allow your body to adjust to the new comfort and support.
