RETURN POLICY

This store credit has a lifetime validity and can be fully redeemed against the value of your future orders on the website. All Home and furniture items take 14 to 21 days to ship from our warehouse. All jewellery products take 7 to 15 days to ship from our warehouse.

Warranty paperwork is typically included in the packaging of the product. Many manufacturers who provide a warranty prefer to handle warranty claims directly. Some manufacturers prefer CITY Furniture to assist in warranty service. Should assistance be necessary, please contact the CITY Furniture Warranty Department through Customer Care. If you did not purchase the 1-Year or 3-Year In-Home Service program, CITY Furniture will charge a fee for delivery and/or pickup charges, if incurred, while handling the manufacturer’s warranty claim.

Home Living Furniture does not, nor its vendors, guarantee exact finish on any product. If an exact finish is required, please send an email to Salesto request a wood sample, if one is available, before making a purchase. Additionally, all manufacturer measurements are approximate. Customer authorizes, understands and agrees that all charges, balances, taxes and fees as outlined in the order summary can be charged on credit card provided at time of sale.

To start the return process simply return your item to our distribution center, contact your salesperson, orText or Chat with us. If you would like to have us pick up your return, you can arrange for our delivery service to pick up the item for a pickup fee. All refunds will be processed promptly after the returned items are inspected.

If your item is problematic due to a perceived manufacturer's defect. Please provide photos and the manufacturer will determine if the defect falls within their policies. Please note that Home Furniture and Patio abides by and extends only those warranties, guarantees and decisions of the manufacturers represented on the website. Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address you are provided. You will also find shipping timelines written under every product in the description section as well. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be emailed to you on your registered email.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery. If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the package and we will send you a replacement.

Manufacturer warranties are ONLY applicable in the areas that we service. The customer is responsible for issues, manufacturers, or otherwise, if the product has been moved to a location different than the one where we originally delivered. Refer to the bottom of the site or a store representative so see the areas where we currently service. Please check with us prior to placing your order to learn if a restocking fee will apply. DAMAGED PARTS - If you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery, please email within 5 business days of receipt.

We may be able to help resolve the problem without requiring a return of the item. We will be happy to inquire about replacement for parts that may have been damaged. Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective parts to facilitate processing of the replacement parts. This helps us to identify the parts that may have been damaged and to expeditiously resolve your problem. Items returned within 1 day of purchase, but not in like-new condition will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price.

A refund or exchange may be requested at any time prior to your receipt of the merchandise. Your refund will include taxes paid and the cost of any additional protection or warranty programs purchased. Except where prohibited by law, a 15% restocking fee may be charged on returned merchandise or cancelled orders.
